Himalaya holds a valid BIS license and all products carry the ISI certification mark, which is mandatory for government and municipal procurement in India.
Himalaya uses M30 grade concrete with HYSD (High Yield Strength Deformed) steel reinforcement bars in all IS 12592 products. This exceeds the minimum M25 concrete requirement of the standard, ensuring superior strength and durability in every cover supplied.
Himalaya RCC covers are available in LD 5, MD 10, HD 20, EHD 35 and EHD 50 load classes as defined under IS 12592, covering pedestrian, light vehicular, standard carriageway and heavy-duty applications across all project types.
Round covers cannot fall through their matching round frame at any angle of rotation due to their circular geometry. This inherent safety advantage makes round frame round covers the preferred choice for live carriageway and pedestrian applications in municipal infrastructure.
Yes. While standard sizes are maintained in regular production, Himalaya can manufacture custom dimensions for project-specific manhole openings and non-standard chamber configurations. Custom orders are accepted with standard production lead times.
